What's the arrangement of the units?
The house is a side-by-side duplex. 3269B is the 1BD/1BA left-side unit, and 3269A is the 2BD/1BA right-side unit.


How big are the units?
The 1BD/1BA is approximately 480 sq/ft and the 2BD/1BA is approximately 600 sq/ft.

The house is located on a flag-shaped lot and has no front yard (a boxwood hedge provides privacy from the house next door). The driveway leads to a carport and exterior storage. The 1BD/1BA unit has a wooded side yard and both units have backyards. There is additional outdoor storage space available and a laundry room accessible from outside. The gardens are maintained by the owner.


What's the security deposit / move-in cost?
The security deposit is one month's rent plus $100. Move in costs include first month's rent and the security deposit.


Do you allow pets?
Yes, cats only (up to two). There will be an additional $400 security deposit collected.


How long is the lease?
One year minimum.


Will you check my credit and past rental history?
Yes, if you decide to apply, we'll collect $15 for a credit check.


What utilities do I pay for?
Electricity and gas and optionally telephone and cable will be in the tenants name and paid by the tenant. Garbage/recycling is in the owners name but paid by the tenants (so we can keep costs down and not have to have 2 sets of bins). Water is covered by the owners, but if we (the owners) are assessed excessive water use fees we will pass them on to the tenants. Here's some contact info:

Tell me more about the laundry!
Next to the carport there is a laundry room with a free washer and dryer shared by both units. There's outside locked access for both tenants.


What kind of outdoor space is there?
Both units have backyards accessible through sliding glass doors in the bedrooms. The yards feature decks, patio space, and well maintained gardens of perennials and grasses.


What about Section 8?
We're sorry, at this time we do not accept Section 8.
