What's the layout of the property?
The property is a Victorian home located above a veterinary hospital. The front door is accessed by stairs. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are upstairs. The third bedroom, half bath, storage room, washer and dryer, kitchen, dining and living rooms are downstairs.


How big is the house?
The property is approximately 1300 square feet. This consists of a large living room/parlor, dining room, kitchen with pantry and dishwasher, 3 bedrooms with closets, washer and dryer, a full bathroom with shower/tub, a half bath, and a storage room.


What's the security deposit / move-in cost?
The security deposit is one month's rent plus $100. Move in costs include first month's rent and the security deposit.


Do you allow pets?
Yes, cats only (up to two). There will be an additional $400 security deposit collected.


How long is the lease?
One year minimum.


Will you check my credit and past rental history?
Yes, if you decide to apply, we'll collect $35 per person for a credit check.


What utilities do I pay for?
The tenant will pay for electricity, gas for the furnace, and optionally telephone/cable. The owner pays for water, water heating, and waste/recycling. Here's some contact info:

What about parking?
Tenants may park in front of the property or in the parking lot when the hospital is closed. Street parking is also available.


What about Section 8?
We're sorry, at this time we do not accept Section 8.
